HS football camp will be from 10am - 12pm July 10th - 13th and from 5 -8pm July 14th.
We had to adjust start time from the camp form to accommodate weight lifting times.
No HS or Jr High weights July 3rd - 7th. The HS Gym will be closed to redo floors.
Starting July 10th Girls will lift at 6am and Boys will lift at 7:20
We need ALL High School football players to stay after weights for around 30 minutes on Monday June 26th.

Reminders:
Summer weights starts May 30th. All sessions at HS gym.
Boys entering grades 9-12 will have the 6am session.
Girls entering grades 9-12 will have the 7:20am session.
If you’re not early, you are late. If you are not in the gym ready to go when your session starts you will be told to leave. Make it a priority to be on time.
Wear clothes to lift and run in. No jeans, crocs, sandals, flip flops etc. If you are not wearing what is appropriate dress to safely lift and run you will not be allowed to participate.
No food. Drinks must have a screw on lid or must be left outside. No exceptions. Our custodial staff has a lot to do this summer and cleaning up after you is not one of the items on their list.
If you are not working or are unable to work on the things we are asking you to do you will be asked to leave.
Boys and Girls entering grades 6-8 will begin on May 30th and will workout from 9 - 10am and all of the above rules apply.
