Lady Titan Golf had an exciting win yesterday and took 1st as a team at Ft. Scott. Out of 41 golfers all of our girls were in the top 21. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Park's Students of the Month for September!
The JV football game will begin after the Junior high game Monday. We found out earlier today that Neodesha would not have enough players to play Monday so we will be playing Colgan JV (again). Again, we will start the JV game after the Junior high is done playing and we will be playing Colgan and not Neodesha as was on the schedule. Please help your athletes find,clean and pack all their equipment and uniforms needed for Mondays game.

The HS football game in Colgan has been delayed due to weather. We will wait until the weather passes to resume play and will update if anything changes regarding playing the game tonight if and when it happens.
This week and next our SRO, Officer Anne, and our Central school counselor, Mrs. Witt, are presenting lessons to all Central students about lockdown drills and ALICE. These lessons are taught with sensitivity to the students' ages and maturity. All of our students have listened very well and have done a great job so far. If you would like to reinforce any concepts at home, discuss with your student how in a lockdown drill it is their job to stop, look, and listen to their teacher and do exactly what they say without questioning or arguing. The teacher's job is to keep the students safe. Look in your child's backpack for a note with more information. Your student's safety is our top priority.

Just an FYI, we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with Rooms. We are working with their tech support to get the issue resolved and hopefully it will be taken care of soon! Sorry for the inconvenience.
Just another reminder that HS football will take pictures tomorrow. Players need to be at the gym at 3:00 with their red uniforms. JV will also need their away pants they wore last Monday and we will give them their white jerseys before they leave for Galena.
HS football will take team and individual photos Monday September 16th. Players need to be at the gym no later than 3:00 and have their red home uniforms clean and ready to wear for pictures.
We will then practice before JV plays in Galena Monday at 6pm. Athletes should have all their equipment with them Monday.

HS football will practice after school in full pads Tuesday and Wednesday at Central. Kickers and Punters need to be at practice by 3:10. Everyone else fully dressed at 3:20.
JV football will be dismissed at 2:45 tomorrow and will leave no later than 3:15. Varsity players are to meet in coach Crain's room right after school for film and then conditioning after. Players going to JV have been given their away uniforms and need to have all of their equipment and travel bags at school Monday.
