Summer Weights sessions will start as scheduled Tuesday May 31st. Boys only session 6:00-7:20am Girls only session 7:20-8:40am Co-Ed session 8:40-10:00am Junior High grades 6-8 will begin June 6th 10:00-11:15am. -Please be on time and ready to work. -No sandals, flip flops, crocs etc. -Clothes that allow you to lift, run and jump are required. -No food in the gym or weight room. Water bottles are allowed. -Cell phones will not be permitted in the weight room. -No air pods or head phones while lifting. -If you are not working or being a distraction to others you will be asked to leave.
