Mrs. Goforth's Kindergarten

We are close to finishing Meet the Superkids, the first half of the kindergarten part of the series. We will begin Superkids Club in January. It's so hard to believe we are nearly half way through this school year!
In math, we are learning about numbers through 30.
Friday, December 16 will be a fun day! We will wear our pajamas to school and watch the Polar Express movie. We will have hot chocolate too. As part of the party, we will have a book exchange. Each child needs to bring a wrapped book that costs no more than $3. We will play a game like musical chairs to exchange the books. If this is a problem, let me know and I can help.
School will resume on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. I hope you enjoy your time off with your child and have a safe and happy holiday season and a happy 2012.
