USD Form 150
2011 Senate Bill 21 requires the State Department of Education to annually publish on its website a copy of Budget Form 150 (Estimated Legal Maximum General Fund Budget) for each school district. The bill also provides that school districts must publish their Form 150 (all pages) on their respective websites. The Form 150 for Columbus USD 493 is attached.
