ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
1. Please Come to the School between the hours of 7:45-3:15
A. Bring required information to expedite the process; counselors can obtain the information, however, if you cannot bring it.

II. Transcript
III. Immunization Records
IV. IEP if applicable
V. Birth Certificate (or Copy)
