Biography

Mrs. Robinson

My name is Delaine Robinson.  I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Pittsburg State University in 1992 and a Master of Science degree from PSU in 1998.  I earned National Board Certification in 2001in the area of Adolescent/Young Adult English/Language Arts (AYA/ELA).  Last year, I was one of 14 in the state of Kansas to renew my National Board Certification.

I have been teaching in Columbus for seventeen years.  This is my first year with juniors.  I spent the last eleven years with freshman English.  Before that, I spent five years teaching seniors.  

I have been married for 20 years and have two children and two dogs.  I love to read, take take photos, listen to my son play the guitar, watch my daughter play ball, and play with the dogs.
