Cell Phones and Web Shopping help your school

Just because it might sound too good to be true doesn’t mean it necessarily is. Such is the case with two school-wide fundraisers at Central School. Well, almost – they won’t cost you anything you wouldn’t already spend when you recycle your cellular phone or order through School Mall.
Cellular phone recycling will be taking place during the entire school year. When you upgrade your cell phone, bring your old phone to Central School and we’ll recycle it for you. We’ve contracted with Pace Butler in Edna, Ok to purchase who refurbishes the used cell phones and resells them. Prices per phones vary but our first shipment of 35 phones earned us $45, and nobody had to buy anything he or she wasn’t already purchasing.
School Mall allows individuals to logon the internet and make purchases from major retailers like Kohl’s, Cabela’s and Target who will, in turn, give Central School a percentage of your purchase. The percent earned from each retailer varies but the nice thing is that you don’t have to purchase unwanted items to help the school. Simply logon to schoolmall.com, a secure internet site, and answer two or three simple questions to begin shopping.
